Things To Bring

Please dress appropriate for weather conditions. comfortable walking shoes, bring sunscreen, sunglasses and any other sun protection. If you burn easily, a long sleeved light weight shirt is recommended. Camera, lots of film and a big smile!

Inclusions

Everyone gets to select thier own Gourmet Deli style lunch from our menu (choose later from our online menu),and snacks. All guests over the age of 5 get a souvenir Stainless Steel water bottle,lots of fresh spring water. All park entry fees included.
**Lunch and water bottle not included for children under 5 years old. Up to one children ages 5 and under are free with the purchase of a minimum of four guests

Exclusions

7.725% sales tax will be added at check out.
A 15% Gratuity is added at card processing and tour confirmation.
*Jerome not available for Phoenix and Scottsdale departures.
Vehicles left dirty or damaged by guests are subject to cleaning and repair fees at our cost plus 15%.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at info@SilverSpurTours.com or via fax at 928.226.7212 and confirmed. Cancellations received more than 72 hours before departure will receive a full refund less a 3% service charge (this is what the credit card companies charge us). Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to departure are non-refundable for 50% of the tour cost.

Tours are subject to cancellation due to weather, hazardous road conditions, unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellation made by Silver Spur Tours prior to departure will be fully refunded. Silver Spur Tours will make every effort to notify guests of cancellation 24 hours in advance and we will assist our guests in making other arrangements.
