Inclusions
Each guest can select their own Gourmet Deli-Style Lunch from our menu (choose later from our online menu), each guest will also receive a souvenir Insulated Bistro Bag with energy snacks, a stainless steel water bottle, fresh spring water from a Sedona and or Grand Canyon natural spring. All Park Entry Fees are included. Stops may be substituted due to weather, crowds and timing.
**Lunch and Bistro bag/water bottle not included for children under 5 years old; Peanut Butter with or without Jelly sandwhich no charge. Up to two children ages 5 and under are free with the purchase of a minimum of four guests.
Exclusions
Sales tax of 7.725% will be added at check out.
A Gratuity of 15% will be added to payment at card processing and confirmation of the tour. Stops may be substituted due to weather, timing and crowds.
Vehicles left dirty or damaged by guests are subject to cleaning and repair fees at our cost plus 15%.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations must be received in writing via email at info@SilverSpurTours.com or via fax at 928.226.7212 and confirmed. Cancellations received more than 72 hours before departure will receive a full refund less a 3% (this what we are charged by the credit card companies) service fee. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable for 50% of the tour price.
Tours are subject to cancellation due to weather, hazardous road conditions, unforeseen circumstances. Any cancellation made by Silver Spur Tours prior to departure will be fully refunded. Silver Spur Tours will make every effort to notify guests of cancellation 24 hours in advance and we will assist our guests in making other arrangements.
